Honolulu, Hawai‘i, (November 15, 2017) – Island Energy Services, in partnership with Hawai‘i Gas, jointly announce that Stadium Texaco, located at 4561 Salt Lake Blvd., will begin offering propane during a promotional celebration from 12 noon to 2 p.m. on Nov. 18. Propane will be offered at a special discounted price all day.

“We are excited to begin offering propane cylinder refilling capability to local families as we know they like to grill and BBQ. The Stadium Texaco location marks the beginning of a partnership with another local company, Hawai‘i Gas, to better serve Hawai‘i residents initially across O‘ahu. We have plans to continue the offering at select sites in Honolulu in the near future,” said Albert Chee, Vice President of Retail Marketing and Community Relations at Island Energy Services.

Hawai‘i Gas will be bringing its signature Cruisin’ Cooker to Stadium Texaco, where free hot dogs will be provided. Island Energy and Hawai‘i Gas are also providing an opportunity to enter for a chance to win turkeys and turkey fryers, just in time for Thanksgiving.

“We are extremely pleased to partner with Island Energy on this endeavor,” said Aaron Kirk, Hawai‘i Gas Vice President of Sales and Marketing. “We know how much our community enjoys grilling outdoors and we’re glad to join with Texaco to provide propane at the Stadium Texaco location.”

Propane will be available seven days a week.  Stadium Texaco employees are trained to safely fill tanks.
